Prices and cancellation

How it works

Current accommodation prices can be found in the reservation system’s price list, which shows prices by number of guests, length of stay and room or apartment type. For longer stays we can lower the price by arrangement - call us on +420 603 355 533.

A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. For cancellations less than 5 days before arrival we charge 100 % of the total price; the same applies to no-shows.

House rules of Penzion 4 Dvory

All guests will be asked to present an identity document for entry in the guest register.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00, check-out by 11:00 on the day of departure. In case of a lost key, the guest pays a contractual penalty of CZK 1,500.

Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 8:00. Smoking is permitted only in front of the guesthouse; in all other parts, including the inner courtyard, smoking is prohibited under a penalty of CZK 5,000. The guesthouse reserves the right to take a deposit of EUR 100 per person (or the equivalent in CZK), returned on departure after the room is checked.

Parking around the guesthouse is free with no paid zones. EV charging is also available in front of the building. The guesthouse is not liable for valuables left in the room (Section 434(1) of the Civil Code).
